PLACE BEEF IN LARGE POT , ADD SUFFICEINT WATER TO COVER MEAT. BRING WATER TO A BOIL. ADD SEASONING. REDUCE TO SIMMER AND COVER. SIMMER FOR APPROX 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS OR UNTIL FORK TENDER. INTERNAL TEMP. SHOULDE BE AT LEAST 160 F. REMOVE MEAT FROM POT AND LET REST FOR 5-10 MINUTES.
